• Edible Communities：A U.S. clearinghouse of regionally-printed publications, websites, and events, that connect consumers with local growers, retailers, chefs, and food artisans, enabling those relationships to grow and thrive in a mutually beneficial, healthful, and economically viable way.
• FAO：Since being founded in 1945, FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) has been leading international efforts to defeat hunger, with special attention on developing rural areas - home to 70 percent of the world's poor and hungry people. In 2011, Slow Food is working with FAO on the project "Promoting origin-linked quality products in four countries" to identify and support quality food production in Senegal, Mali, Sierra Leone and Guinea Bissau.

• Navdanya：A network of seed keepers and organic producers spread across 16 states in India, with a focus on women and protecting biological and cultural diversity. Navdany's founder Vandana Shiva is a Slow Food vice-president.
• Network for Ecofarming in Africa：The Network for Ecofarming in Africa (NECOFA) brings together national groups to share information and experiences and assist with lobbying for supportive government policies. Slow Food in Kenya works together with NECOFA on projects.
• Nourishing the Planet：Nonprofit focused on highlighting environmentally sustainable ways of alleviating hunger and poverty. From cropping methods to irrigation technology to agricultural policy, Nourishing the Planet promotes sustainability, diversity, and ecosystem health, as well as productivity.
• Rodale Institute：Conducts research on developing and promoting regenerative farming techniques.
